We have extended our hours on August 14th (Thursday), August 18th (Monday), and August 19th (Tuesday) for anyone needing to bring their child/children in for back to school immunizations. Walk-ins are welcomed or you may call to set up an appointment with us. Parent/Guardian will need to be with anyone under 18 years old, Adult Phot ID, and insurance card. No- Insurance, no worries, we are apart of the VFC program, admin. fee may apply, please inquire.
